My story isn't the classic health coach success story... I was teaching movement while I could barely breathe at night.
I went from smoking daily and averaging 1,234 steps to naturally hitting 10,000+ steps before lunch.
And now, I consistently help busy people transform their habits without willpower or force.
When I was 15, something big happened. My mom got really sick. She had what doctors call stage 4 breast cancer, and it was because of too much stress.
This changed everything for me.
Seeing my mom hurt made me promise myself something. I wanted to help stop sicknesses that come from the way we live.
So, I became a special kind of coach called a Transformational Health Coach.
But here's the thing...
I was the health coach who couldn't practice what she preached.
I was smoking daily while teaching clients about healthy living.
I was spending 20+ minutes smoking but claiming I had "no time" to walk for 10 minutes.
